Service Position: Auditor

Length of Service: 12 months

​

Qualifications:      12 months regular attendance at meetings

                              12 months of not incurring unsecured debt

Duties:                

1. Obtain from Treasurer each quarter (March, June, September, December), the Treasurer's Report, account register, and bank statements to audit account. All three (report, register, bank statement) need
   to balance at month's end.

2. Attend Intergroup meeting quarterly to report audits.

3. Available to assist Treasurer with balancing each month.

 

Estimated time commitment per month: 2 hours per quarter

 

Notes:

1. Auditor will have access to online banking for random account verification.

2. Auditor may be a signer on the bank account. It is suggested that the past Treasurer fulfill the role of Auditor.
